Create a Booking (3 Steps)

  1. Click New Booking on the dashboard
  2. Enter guest name, phone, check-in/out dates, and select a room
  3. Click Confirm — guest receives an email confirmation automatically

Mark a Room Clean (Housekeeping)

  1. Go to Housekeeping in the left menu
  2. Find the room number
  3. Click Mark Clean — room becomes available for check-in

If the System Is Down

  1. Don't panic — bookings already confirmed are safe in the database
  2. Take bookings by hand using the manual form below
  3. Call support at the number for your tier
  4. Enter hand-written bookings into StayHive when it's back up

Daily Close-Out (End of Day)

  1. Check departures — confirm all check-outs are recorded
  2. Check arrivals — confirm all expected guests have arrived or are marked no-show
  3. Review revenue — dashboard total should match your cash/card receipts
  4. Check housekeeping — all departed rooms should be marked for cleaning
  5. Lock up — the system continues running 24/7 (voice AI handles after-hours calls)
