AI Pricing

What it does

AI Pricing analyzes your historical bookings, current occupancy levels, and seasonal demand patterns to automatically recommend optimal room rates. Instead of setting one flat rate year-round, the system nudges rates up when demand is high and down when rooms are at risk of going empty — helping you earn more revenue without manual guesswork.

Prerequisites

• Admin or Manager role in the dashboard
• At least a few months of booking history in the system
• AI/ML features enabled for your property tier

How to enable

1. Log in to the dashboard as an admin or manager.
2. Go to Settings > Pricing.
3. Toggle AI Dynamic Pricing to on.
4. Set your price floor and price ceiling. The AI will never recommend rates outside this range.
5. Click Save.

How to configure

Setting price boundaries

• Minimum Price — the absolute floor (e.g., $79/night).
• Maximum Price — the ceiling (e.g., $299/night).
• Base Price — the starting point the AI adjusts from.

Packages and add-ons

Create room packages with optional add-ons (e.g., "Romance Package"). Go to Pricing > Packages to set these up.

Getting a pricing quote

1. Go to Pricing > Quote Tool.
2. Enter the room type, check-in date, and check-out date.
3. The system returns the recommended nightly rate, applicable add-ons, and total price with tax.

How to verify it's working

1. Go to Pricing > Dashboard — status should show "Active."
2. Check a future high-demand date — the rate should be adjusted upward from your base price.
3. Check a slow weekday in the off-season — the rate should be closer to your floor price.
